Hangout Music Festival takes place May 20th through May 22nd, 2022 in Gulf Shores, AL

With dozens of artists across six stages, where do you begin when trying to plan your weekend at Hangout Fest? WEGL has you covered, giving you five of our favorites from each stage with all the information you need to set your schedule.

Check out our five favorite artists for The Boom Stage.

Lil Yachty 7:45pm on Saturday 5/21

One of the biggest artists to emerge from the mid 2010s SoundCloud scene, Lil Yachty is a force to be reckoned with. The Atlanta MC has had an electric rise, from his debut, Lil Boat, to hit songs "One Night" and "Yacht Club." Expect a wild and fiery performance as he looks to cement his name in Hangout history.

For Fans Of: Lil Uzi Vert, 21 Savage, Metro Boomin

Song To Check Out: Yacht Club (ft. Juice WRLD)

San Holo 9:30pm on Friday 5/20

Not to be confused with the smuggler of a similar name, San Holo is a beat-maker extraordinaire. Closing out the Boom Stage on Friday night, San Holo is expected to draw a crowd. Holo one of the leaders in his genre, so he's certainly not one to miss.

For Fans Of: Illenium, ODESZA, TWRK

Song To Check Out: I Still See Your Face

FLETCHER 6:15pm on Sunday 5/22

Since her start as a 17-year-old on Fox's The X Factory, FLETCHER has been set to make it. With her debut single "War Paint," FLETCHER quickly gained steam. Her modern take on pop music makes her stand out from the crowd, with singles quickly following including "Undrunk" and "All Love."

For Fans Of: King Princess, Olivia O'Brien, Bebe Rexha

Song To Check Out: Cherry (ft. Hayley Kiyoko)

Surf Mesa 4:30pm on Saturday 5/21

Surf Mesa has been showing his stuff since 2016. Not afraid to take chances, the electronic producer has been paving his own sound of whimsy and wonder. 2019 saw the release of his big hit "ily (i love you baby)[ft. Emilee]" and his rise to the mainstream. Surf Mesa has since worked with artists like Gus Dapperton, Marshmello, Halsey, and even FLETCHER! Maybe if we're lucky FLETCHER will show up a day early and join Surf on stage. Only time can tell.
