Auburn Volleyball completed its successful rivalry weekend sweep Sunday afternoon, taking down the Alabama Crimson Tide in four sets. The Tigers and the Tide split the first two sets before Auburn was able to close out the match, winning sets three and four by scores of 25-23 and 25-22.

The Auburn Tigers (7-6-5, 3-4-3) visited the SEC east champion Georgia Bulldogs (8-4-5, 4-3-3) Thursday evening earning a 0-0 draw in Athens that proved to be a difference maker pushing them into the SEC tournament. Another defensive performance shone through for the Tigers with this being the second straight match the squad has been able to shut out its opponent.

Auburn, Alabama- The Tigers (3-4, 0-4) hung in with a tough Ole Miss (6-1, 3-1) offense, giving the Rebels a run for their money, holding a potent offense to a respectable 28 points. The defense once again tried their best to keep this Auburn team in a game against a scoring machine but the offense's failure to get in a groove after the first quarter took its toll on the defense, leading to a 28-21 defeat.
