Auburn, AL: It was another Monday afternoon and the media were back again inside the Auburn athletics complex for the weekly Monday press conference. The Tigers once again struggled in the game, but recorded a different result, winning 17-14 over the Missouri Tigers in overtime. After only recording 217 yards of offense and going 3-16 on third down, the topic of discussion once again focused on the quarterbacks. Following his first start as a Tiger and throwing 12 completions for 127 yards, quarterback Robby Ashford was listed as the QB1 going into this Saturday nights matchup versus the LSU Tigers in the last of five straight home games for Auburn.

Auburn, AL: It is the start of a new game week and once again the media descended upon the Auburn athletics complex to hear from Coach Bryan Harsin and select players at their Monday press conference. Feeling like a scene out of Bill Murray’s Groundhog Day, once again the main topic of discussion in the press conference was the quarterback position. On Saturday in a 41-12 loss to Penn State, quarterbacks T.J. Finley and Robby Ashford combined for a total of 296 passing yards, completing 21 of 38 pass attempts. Both also struggled with turnovers, with both throwing a interception and T.J. Finley fumbling twice, losing the ball once.

This weekend they were in Jacksonville, Alabama for the JSU Invitational to take on Southern Miss on Friday and Jackson State and Jacksonville State on Saturday.
