Auburn baseball continues to rake in preseason rankings as the Tigers were ranked No.17 by Baseball America.

Auburn was ranked No.15 by Perfect Game/Rawlings, No. 22 by D1 Baseball and No.23 by Collegiate Baseball Fabulous 40. It's no surprise that Auburn is looked at as one of the top teams in college baseball. The Tigers are coming off a 43-23 season where they won the Raleigh Regional in dominant fashion and advancing to their second super regional in program history.

The 43 wins were the highest win total since 2010 and the back-to-back tournament appearances since 2002-03. The Tigers return four freshman All-Americans in Tanner Burns, Cody Greenhill, Edouard Julien and Steven Williams as well as veterans Davis Daniels and Will Holland.

The season isn't too far away for Butch Thompson and the Auburn Tigers as the season opens up February 15th vs Georgia Southern.
